DiskStation DS3622xs+ 12-Bay NAS Enclosure offers high capacity, scalability, and processing power, making it ideal for VM and container storage, lightning-fast file sharing, and as a network video recorder for large surveillance deployments. It comes with powerful storage management, file syncing, surveillance, and backup software, and is also suitable for editing high-quality video and for VM storage. Powered by Synology's DiskStation Manager (DSM) that includes essential business software solutions, the DS3622xs+ can be expanded with 24 additional drive bays, or use the PCIe 3.0 x8/x8 slot to install a 10 or 25GbE networking card or NVMe M.2 SSD.

The DS3622xs+ is equipped with a 2.2 GHz Intel Xeon D-1531 Six-Core processor and 16GB of DDR4 ECC memory that can be expanded up to 48GB, while also delivering sequential read speeds of up to 4719 MB/s and write speeds of over 2400 MB/s. This NAS is equipped with 12 drive bays that are capable of natively supporting 3.5" SATA hard drives, as well as 2.5" SATA hard drives and SSDs for data storage.

The DS3622xs+ runs on the Synology DiskStation Manager (DSM) OS, which is a browser-based operating system which helps to simplify managing your Synology NAS. Also featured are two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports for peripherals and accessories, plus two Mini-SAS expansion ports for two DX1222 expansion units. Network connectivity is achieved via the two 10 Gigabit Ethernet ports or the two Gigabit Ethernet ports, all of which have link aggregation and failover. For those who require RAID support, the DS3622xs+ supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, and 10, as well Synology F1 RAID and Basic RAID, each of which offers performance, data redundancy, or a combination of both. For those who do not require a RAID, JBOD is also available, allowing each drive bay to be individually utilized.

The DS3622xs+ is engineered to be energy efficient. Not only does it offer two 120 x 120 x 25mm fans to help keep the system running cool always, its noise-dampening design makes for quiet operations. The server supports numerous scheduled power on / off cycles and hard drive hibernation to further minimize power consumption and operation expenses.

The Synology DiskStation DS3622xs+ 12-Bay NAS Enclosure operates on 100-240 VAC at 50/60 Hz and includes two RJ45 LAN cables, an AC power cord, two hard drive tray keys, and 52 drive screws for 2.5" drives. Protection is provided by a limited 5-year warranty.
